Did you let the base (white) paint dry before adding the color? It looked like you painted immediately after coating the bottle.

Love the Lava bottle the best, the dark neck of the bottle made me think of a neck of a woman and then the reds swirled over like a wrap around her shoulders. Just gorgeous!

I love this technique. Once you create the bullseye and dip the bottle. Do you need fresh water before creating the next bullseye? It looked the next bullseye was created with the same water as the previous bullseye.
